Life goes on, right?

Hey there!
It's been a while since I wrote my first message, so here's the next one! Lots of things happened.
Via facebook, I got to know some of my future coyears. I have contact with people from all over the world now and I learned a lot yet! Even though we all have different cultures, social backgrounds,... we resemble: we want to learn and want to contribute to make this world a better place.
Meanwhile, back in Belgium, the end of my highschool time here is coming closer and closer. One more week of class, then two weeks exams and it's officially over! I have to say, it's weird to think about it. The past few days (and the next ones too) are full with 'last times'. Last time I have lunch at school, last time I have class,... I'm taking my camera with me to school everyday to make pictures with my friends. I'm planning to put a giant photo collage on my wall at MUWCI!

I noticed I'm appreciating Belgium much more than before. Since some of my coyears told me how beautiful Brussels was, I'm paying a lot of attention to Belgium's landscape, and I realise I actually really like it. It may be strange to start thinking like this right now, but I'll have to represent Belgium in India! Before, I would have said that Belgium is a boring country, with nothing to do and nothing to see and now, I can honestly say I'm proud of it and I hope I'll get to invite some people to show it.

My tickets are booked (without planning to, I'm on the same flight as the Dutch people coming to MUWCI!), my passport is extended, we're making everything ready to leave on august 19th! Before that, I'm going to Cambodia with my family for one month and I'm also planning to spend a lot of time with my friends. Though it's sometimes hard to think that everything here will just go on without me being a part of it, I still feel like the luckiest girl on earth to be studying at MUWCI for the next two years!
